Billing in TYAN is managed at the workspace level. Only the workspace Owner can view invoices, change the subscription plan, or update payment details. All teammates benefit from the plan limits regardless of their role.

The Team plan includes a dedicated onboarding call with the TYAN team. After upgrading, you will receive a calendar link to book your session within 24 hours.

How to Upgrade

Open Billing settings

Navigate to Settings → Billing. You must be logged in as the workspace Owner.

Click Upgrade Plan

Click the Upgrade Plan button at the top of the Billing page.

Select your plan

Review the plan comparison and click Select on the plan you want.

Enter payment details

Provide your credit card information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. TYAN does not store your card number.

Confirm your upgrade

Click Confirm Upgrade. Your new plan limits — flows, monitors, seats, and run frequency — take effect immediately. No restart or re-configuration is required.

Invoices

Every invoice is available at Settings → Billing → Invoices. Click any invoice row to download a PDF receipt, suitable for expense reports or accounting records. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle and whenever a mid-cycle plan change occurs.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, navigate to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Plan. Your workspace immediately schedules a downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your current plan’s features until that date. Canceling does not delete any of your data. All flows, monitors, run history, and team members remain intact. If your usage exceeds Free plan limits at the time of downgrade, affected monitors are paused until you either upgrade again or remove the excess monitors manually. If you exceed your plan’s monitor limit — for example by importing monitors or upgrading a flow to a monitor — new monitors beyond the limit will be automatically paused. Upgrade your plan or remove unused monitors to re-enable them.
